Depth-Oriented Case Consultation

Amanda Butler offers case consultation to mental health professionals. While this is NOT supervision, it is an opportunity to discuss client cases within a depth psychological framework that considers the interactions between the conscious mind and the unconscious, the client’s individuation process, and the archetypes that may be present.

Amanda has extensive training in depth psychology, including a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. There, she completed a course of study that included Jungian and Archetypal psychology as well as mythology. She also completed a two year training in creative arts interventions, with an emphasis on working with images from the unconscious. She has served as the blog manager for the Jung Society of Utah since 2016 and has written many articles on depth psychology and other psychological topics.
