Fee & Session Length

55 minutes – $185 individual therapy, $200 couple therapy*

HSA/FSA cards accepted.

*Insurance providers frequently refuse to pay for couple therapy, so this must be paid for out of pocket.

Insurance

I am currently in network with the following insurance providers:

• Aetna
• EMI Health

Please call your insurance provider to verify coverage for outpatient mental (behavioral) health services before booking an appointment. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
• How many sessions per the calendar year does my plan cover?

Clients are responsible for all session costs not paid by their insurance provider.

Out-of-Network

I accept clients who are using out-of-network benefits. This means each client is responsible for payment of the private pay fee at the time of the session and I will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. It is recommended that you call your insurance provider to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental (behavioral) health services. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
• How many sessions per the calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much will I be reimbursed for out-of-network providers?
• What is the required documentation and what address do I submit claims to?

Payment

A payment card on file is required to hold your scheduled appointment time. The card must have sufficient funds to pay the balance due for each session. Because I have had multiple issues with clients not paying their portion of the session fee, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
